Santa Dash 2014

Santa Dash & Reindeer Run

Sunday 23rd November 2014

Santa is in training for Christmas night because he needs to race around every house, in every country across the World to deliver Christmas gifts to all the boys and girls who have been so very good this year.

Santa and his Reindeer need to train very hard to complete this task. St Andrew’s Hospice (Lanarkshire) wanted to help Santa this year so we created a 6k run on Sunday 23 November 2014 around Strathclyde Country Park to help him with his training.

However, Santa is too shy to run alone! He has asked us to ask all the little girls and boys (and big girls and boys too) of Lanarkshire if they would run with him? We will provide Santa suits to all the adults and reindeer antlers and flashing noses to all children taking part. There will be a chance to visit Santa is his grotto, he is even bringing SIX of his reindeer to meet all those who have supported the Hospice.

  • The event will be a 6k run, jog or walk around Strathclyde Country Park
  • We will have a DJ playing Christmas music and games on the day too
  • All monies raised will be used to support the work of St Andrew’s Hospice.
